2 Попытка зимовки очень слабого отводка
Размещу историю зимовки очень слабого отводочка, число пчел в котором не более 500 штук. Конечно, чистой воды авантюра: вероятность, что они выживут оцениваю в 5-10%, но вдруг получится?... На закрытом, хотя и неутепленном балконе температура примерно градусов на 10 выше, нежели на улице (примерно соответствует георграфической зоне Осетии, Ингушетии, Чечни: например, если в Москве - 3, там + 7). А если открыть форточку пошире или даже дверь, то температура может доходить и до 16-20 градусов (Иран, Ирак, Палестина). Открывал дверь не один раз, но кратковременное повышение температуры даже до значительных величин не подвигало пчел на выход из гнезда.

Вид сбоку от входной балконной двери. Нижняя кромка - это дно, которое внатяг ставится в корпус и которое можно легко снять. В дне проделал дырку около 15 см в диаметре и приклеил термоклеем отрезанный от пластиковой банки верх с резьбой, на которую навинчивается крышка, которую тоже разрезал так, что осталась только кромка, приклеил железную решетку с ячейками 2х2 мм и получается, вместо крышки навинчивается решетка, чтобы была вентиляция. С задней стороны приклеил резьбу с крышкой от пластиковой бутылки, чтобы можно было подсаживать пчел по одной или, прикрепив ящик, (о котором уже тут писал), уже по многу (сколько есть в ящике).
Вместо семейки, которая погибла в результате пчелиного воровства, (описано в https://sesk.dreamwidth.org/988.html - сайт отчего-то не работает), решил снова попробовать вывод новой матки в Москве, но конечно, опоздал со сроками, облет в конце сентября не получился, наиболее вероятная дата пришлась на 30-е сентября, когда было +9 (хотя за неделю до этого было +23, +19) с небольшим дождем, и ничего не вышло, семейка отрутневела. Появились здоровенные пчелы, очень похожие на маток, но не матки.

There were hefty bees, very similar to queens, but not queens.

Поставил переделанную раму с верхом из поликарбоната и съемным низом из стекла, которое при наступлении теплой погоды можно легко снять, отвернув пару саморезов. После поездки в деревню, я добавил около 10-15 отогретых и оживших из подмора пчел. Многие из них уже отошли.
У погибших пчел из под тергитов выбрал какие-то частички, как я ранее думал, восковых пластинок, но уже ставших большими, твердыми и толстыми, образований. На фото приведены пластинки меньшего размера, на другом, где одна такая пластинка - более толстая и твердая. Помнится, летом, когда я рассматривал один из поддонов, там было очень большое количеств непонятных мне кристаллов, вероятно не сахара. Скорее всего это были эти вот пластинки, в большом количестве сброшенные пчелами. Причем, как это мне помнится, это было летом, а не весной или осенью. Может это были сброшенные восковые пластинки, не наедшие себе применения и появились в большом количестве из-за моей ошибки на дать им вовремя рамки для воскового строительства?
Упал еще один клещ (Всего стало 6).

Погибла последняя пчела.
Разобрал и посмотрел гнездо. Оказывается матка погибла в результате смещения рамок и была придавлена. Скорее всего это произошло при переносе ящика с балкона в квартиру (04.12.2018). Нашел около 10 пчел на одной рамке в закрытом расплоде уже на выходе (из них один трутень на другой рамке), которые явились результатом активности матки, и ни одной личинки или яйца, которые по всей видимости, были съедены пчелами.
Выводы: оставлять на балконе можно только если пчел 2-3 рамки. Если меньше, то надо устраивать ВТЗ, которая возможна вплоть до 500 штук. Меньше могут не выжить и при ВТЗ, хотя шансы есть и до 300 штук.

Conclusions: you can leave on the balcony only if the bees have 2-3 combs. If less, then we must arrange high temperature wintering (HTW), which is possible up to 500 bees. Less can not survive with the HTW, although there are chances of up to 300 bees.
